Targa has the most wonderful loving and gentle personality. He comes from a line of Champions in the show ring and on the field. At the end of the campaign year 2009 Targa was, solely breeder/owner handled, ranked #10 in All Breed and #15 in Breed statistics.
He was an invitee to the Eukanuba National Championship in California in 2008, 2009, 2010, & 2011 and attended the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in 2009, where he made the final cut.

He loves to course and just completed his ASFA Field Championship on November 21, 2010 after being more on the show grounds than on the coursing field for the last 3 1/2 years.
On January 20, 2012 Targa retired from the show grounds
with a Best of Breed win and a Group 3 placement
under judge Murrel Purkhiser (Photo above).
In the future he might attend a Borzoi Specialty as a Veteran.
